The Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) announced that Tozour-Trane, a division of Tozour Energy Systems, Inc., has been awarded the MSCA GreenStar designation, which recognizes MSCA STAR qualified contractors who have met stringent guidelines for environmental responsibility throughout their companies. Only two percent of MSCA Contractors nationally have achieved this certification.

The Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel Launches Energy Reduction Initiative
Tozour Energy Systems, Inc. a full-service HVAC and building automation provider has been selected to work with the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel to implement an energy reduction plan that will save the hotel hundreds of thousands per year in energy costs. This is the first building in Atlantic City, Atlantic County and the entire Starwoods Chain in New Jersey to take advantage of this program.

Pay for Performance, the newest offering from New Jersey's Clean Energy Program, rewards larger commercial and industrial customers who comprehensively upgrade their facilities through investments in energy efficiency. This ground-breaking program offers up to 3 million dollars in incentives to customers whose facilities have an average annual peak electric demand over 200 kW. The more energy you save, the larger the incentive and the lower your utility costs.

Tozour Energy Systems and Sofame Technologies Inc. Chosen for Energy Plant Project at Princeton

Tozour Energy Systems collaborated with Sofame to engineer and manufacture a Percotherm™ condensing heat recovery system to be installed at the University's energy plant. This new system will reduce the plant's greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 5,000 tons of CO2 per year and recover 10,000,000 BTU/hr of waste heat with a peak recovery of 23,000,000 BTU/hr, thereby lowering energy bills.
